Since I’ve been so lax in my blogging duties as of late, I’ve decided to discipline myself by posting an Instagram-A-Day for the rest of the year!
Have you Instagrammed yet? Everybody’s doing it! Instagram is a free photo-sharing program that’s quickly becoming another popular social networking tool (Facebook just bought Instagram for $1 billion!). Although I’m fairly new to it (I still don’t understand how to use hashtags), I’m finding it a really fun way to share photos with friends, colleagues and customers.
With the enormous volume of goods arriving at SoLo daily for the holiday season, it’s impossible to keep my website updated with all the new goodies. So starting today, I will be posting photos to Instagram every day for the rest of the year. We’ve been lucky to have contributed to the eclectic décor of hot Southern California restaurants, Cucina Urbana in San Diego and Cucina Enoteca in Irvine. Our original lighting handmade from vintage cages, baskets, wire forms and blown glass drops illuminate the dining rooms and bars of these trendy spots. After fielding numerous requests from diners about the unique items that fill her restaurants, owner Tracy Borkum decided it was time to offer the furniture, lighting & accessories for sale, available to order from a menu at the host stand and also online.
